About Nick Petkoff
Nick Petkoff launched ANG Real Estate Partners in 2015 after spending over 10 years working in New York City's dynamic commercial real estate field as a commercial broker. Today, Nick and his experienced team of real estate professionals invests in value add multifamily and mixed use opportunities.
At ANG Real Estate Partners, founder Nick Petkoff and his team believe that true success is about more than growing their real estate portfolio.
Nick Petkoff has given back to his Alma Mater, the University of Pennsylvania and is involved with the Lauder Institute and the Wharton Club of New York, where he is a Vice Chair of the Real Estate Investment Club.
At the Club he has organized and moderated many panels with executives from industry titans like Vornado, Brookfield Partners and Related to entrepreneurs disrupting the industry like Cherre and Kasa Living.
We made our first investment in 2015 in the Lower East Side.
Our Investment Criteria is:
Asset Classes: Multifamily and Mixed Use. Office, if potential for conversion.
Looking for: Value Add Opportunities. Conversion Opportunities.
Locations: NYC, CT and NJ. May look on a case by case basis in other locations.
Size: $1,000,000 to $100,000,000
